Veduta tratta da Recueil des vues les plus agréables de Naples et de ses environs… L'opera, pubblicata nel 1806, a cura di Luigi Fergola, fu distribuita dal Gervasi ed ebbe altre edizioni nel 1810 e nel 1817.
Aloja, tra il 1804 e il 1806, incise le tavole, quasi tutte disegnate dal Fergola stesso, alcune da Filippo Hackert e altre di Carlo Grasso. Le tavole hanno didascalie bilingue.
Incisione in rame in ottime coondizioni.

He was scholar of Georg Hakert and teacher at the Accademy of Naples. He is mainly known for his graphic production, which he realized in cooperation with other artists; Philipp e Georg Hakert, Alessandro d’Anna and others worked with him to have reproductions of theis prints. Aloja was also extremely skilled in drawing and painting, whcih he might have learnt from d’Anna
