Rittner & Guopil è stata una casa editrice internazionale che si è estesa al commercio e all'esposizione di arte contemporanea. Fondata in Francia, si è presto espansa con filiali in altri centri sotto vari direttori. Ha operato con diversi nomi e indirizzi. Fondata da Adolphe Goupil (1806-1893), in società con John Arrowsmith, nel 1827. Dal 1829-dicembre al gennaio 1841 in società con Henry Rittner.
Acquatinta con bellissima coloritura coeva, in buono stato di conservazione.

Founded by Adolphe Goupil (1806-1893), in partnership with John Arrowsmith in 1827. From 1829-December to January 1841 in partnership with Henry Rittner.
