In 2° oblong. Decorative engraved titlepage and 39 copper-engraved plates (approx. 295 x 220 mm), unnumbered, signed and dated on the plate by the artist. The plates bear different dates - 1832 to 1841.  Scattered browning, most noticeable on the first plates, the penultimate plate, trimmed at the copper line, is glued to paper. Full cloth binding, title and decoration in gilt to the plate and spine. Slightly worn at the corners.
