Antoine Jean Baptiste Thomas (Parigi, 1791 – Parigi, 1833)
Antoine-Jean-Baptiste Thomas (Paris, October 31, 1791 - 1833) was a French painter. Very little is known about Thomas's life and works. In 1816 he won the Prix de Rome for painting and was therefore accepted at the French Academy in Rome from November 1816 to December 1818. From his stay in Rome Thomas drew motifs for a folio volume Un an à Rome et dans ses environs published in Paris in 1823. He died in Paris in 1833 or 1834.
