Among the engravers and designers: Giovanni Battista Piranesi, Pietro Ruga, Domenico and Giuseppe Pronti, Pietro Parboni, Domenico Baldini, Antonio Verico, Giovanni Battista Cipriani, Francesco Morelli, Francesco de Capua, Francesco Barbazza, Antonio Poggioli and others. The table on the frontispiece depicts Romulus and Remus in the foreground against the background of a Roman view.
